Package Your Items

Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
